REALM DATA LIMITED is the developer, operator, and company responsible for the yumi -voice&room mobile application, the public yumi -voice&room website, and related support and safety services (collectively, the “Services”). “yumi -voice&room,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to REALM DATA LIMITED.
This Policy applies when you visit our public website, create or use a yumi -voice&room account, join or host a voice room, communicate with other users, make a purchase, submit a report, or contact support. The public website can be viewed without signing in. yumi -voice&room is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
2. Plain-language summary
- yumi -voice&room is an adult, interest-based live voice social application.
- If you use Google Sign-In, we use basic Google account data only to authenticate you, create or connect your yumi -voice&room account, prevent fraud, and provide account support.
- We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, precise Google location history, or Google Photos.
- We do not sell Google user data or other personal information for money.
- We do not use Google APIs or Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We do not use Google APIs or user data to create, facilitate, distribute, or promote AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII).
- You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@yumiecho.com.
3. Information we collect
A. Information you provide directly
- Account and profile data: display name, username, age or date-of-birth confirmation, profile image, biography, interests, language, gender if you choose to provide it, and account preferences.
- Social and user content: voice-room titles and topics, rooms you create or join, speaker requests, comments, reactions, follows, messages, gifts or virtual interactions, and other content you choose to submit.
- Safety and support data: reports, appeals, feedback, correspondence with support, relevant screenshots or files you choose to provide, and information needed to investigate a violation or account problem.
- Purchase information: product, virtual item, subscription status, transaction time, price, currency, and app-store order or receipt identifier. Apple, Google, or another authorized payment provider processes complete payment-card and billing credentials; yumi -voice&room does not receive your complete card number.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and network information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, time zone, mobile carrier, network type, IP address, permitted device or advertising identifiers, and security signals.
- Usage and interaction data: login and session timestamps, rooms viewed or joined, features used, follows and interactions, notification events, approximate region derived from IP address, referral information, and preference signals.
- Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs, performance information, and technical events used to maintain reliability and prevent abuse.
- Voice data: live audio is transmitted and technically processed to deliver real-time voice rooms. yumi -voice&room does not use your voice to identify you biometrically. Audio may be temporarily retained only when necessary to review a user report, investigate abuse, protect safety, or comply with a valid legal obligation.
- Public website data: browser type, IP address, requested page, timestamp, referral page, and standard server logs. You do not need a yumi -voice&room account to view the public website.
C. Device permissions
With your permission, yumi -voice&room may access the microphone so you can speak in voice rooms; photos or camera so you can select a profile image or share permitted content; and notifications so you can receive account, room, and safety updates. You can revoke permissions at any time in device settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
4. Google Sign-In and Google API user data
Google Sign-In is an optional authentication method. When you choose “Sign in with Google,” yumi -voice&room requests only the standard OpenID Connect scopes openid, email, and profile. Subject to your Google settings, Google may provide:
- a unique Google account identifier;
- your email address and whether Google has verified it;
- your name; and
- your Google profile picture.
We use this Google data only to authenticate you, create or link your yumi -voice&room account, display the profile details you choose to use, secure the login process, prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and provide account support. We do not use Google data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated profiling.
Authentication tokens are stored using reasonable security controls and are used only to maintain or verify your authenticated session. We do not disclose Google user data to advertisers or data brokers. Service providers may process the minimum data needed to operate secure authentication, hosting, fraud prevention, and support, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
You can disconnect yumi -voice&room from your Google Account at Google Account third-party connections. Disconnecting Google stops future access through Google Sign-In but does not by itself delete the yumi -voice&room account or data already provided. To delete the yumi -voice&room account and associated data, follow our Account Deletion instructions.
5. How and why we use information
- Provide the Services: register and authenticate accounts, display profiles, deliver voice rooms, enable follows and interactions, maintain preferences, and provide purchases or subscriptions.
- Personalize the experience: recommend rooms, interests, and people based on your selections and activity.
- Safety and integrity: review reports, enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines, detect spam and fraud, prevent account compromise, and protect users and the public.
- Support: respond to technical, privacy, purchase, safety, and account-deletion requests.
- Maintain and improve yumi -voice&room: diagnose failures, measure feature performance, perform aggregate analytics, and develop improvements.
- Communicate: send security, transaction, policy, account, room, and—where allowed and selected—promotional notifications.
- Legal compliance: meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and lawful-request obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent for permissions or optional processing where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information or Google user data for money. We disclose information only as described below:
- Other users and the public: your chosen profile information and activity in public or shared rooms may be visible to other users. The audience depends on the feature and your settings.
- Service providers: vendors supporting cloud hosting, content delivery, real-time audio, secure login, analytics, crash reporting, communications, customer support, fraud prevention, moderation, and payments. They may process data only to provide contracted services to us.
- App stores and payment providers: transaction identifiers and purchase status may be exchanged to validate purchases, subscriptions, refunds, or fraud.
- Legal and safety recipients: authorities, advisers, or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with valid law or legal process, investigate illegal activity, prevent serious harm, or protect rights and safety.
- Business transactions: a prospective or actual purchaser, investor, or successor in a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards.
- At your direction: another service or recipient when you affirmatively ask us to share information.
7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our public website may use strictly necessary technical storage and standard server logs to deliver pages securely. The app may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand aggregate feature performance and diagnose problems. Where advertising identifiers or personalized advertising are used, we request consent or provide opt-out controls as required by law and platform rules. Google Sign-In data is not used for targeted advertising.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Account and profile data: while your account is active and normally deleted or de-identified within 30 days after a verified deletion request, unless an exception below applies.
- Google Sign-In data: while your Google login remains connected to an active yumi -voice&room account; authentication tokens are invalidated or deleted after disconnection or account deletion, subject to short-lived security logs and backups.
- Live audio: processed in real time and not routinely retained. Audio associated with a safety report may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and document the case.
- Messages and social content: while needed to provide the feature or until deleted, subject to safety, legal, recipient-copy, and backup limitations.
- Support and safety records: for the period needed to resolve the request, prevent repeat abuse, handle appeals, and meet legal obligations.
- Transaction records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and consumer-protection laws.
- Security and technical logs: for a limited period appropriate to security, fraud prevention, debugging, and service reliability.
- Backups: residual copies may remain in protected backups until overwritten in the normal backup cycle and are not used for ordinary product purposes.
We may retain a minimal record when required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, enforce a safety ban, or establish or defend legal claims. The data is restricted to that purpose and deleted or de-identified when the purpose ends.
9. International data transfers
yumi -voice&room is an international service, so information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections and limit access to authorized personnel and providers. Privacy protections may differ between countries.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, authentication protections, encryption in transit where appropriate, logging, provider review, and procedures for responding to security incidents. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access or receive a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your account and associated information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request data portability where applicable;
- opt out of eligible marketing or targeted advertising; and
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can update certain profile information in yumi -voice&room, manage permissions and notifications in device settings, disconnect Google in your Google Account, or follow our Account Deletion page. You may also email us. We may verify your identity and account ownership before fulfilling a request.
12. Children
yumi -voice&room is not directed to anyone under 18, and minors are not permitted to create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has used yumi -voice&room or provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to Google, Apple, payment providers, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Policy covers yumi -voice&room’s processing and does not replace the policies of third-party services.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in features, data practices, law, or platform requirements. We will publish the revised Policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes will not be applied retroactively where prohibited.
