This page applies to the yumi -voice&room mobile application and requests to delete a yumi -voice&room user account and its associated data.

Disconnecting yumi -voice&room from your Google Account stops future Google Sign-In access but does not delete your yumi -voice&room account. To delete the yumi -voice&room account and associated data, complete one of the options below.
Option 1: Delete in the app
If you can sign in, this is the fastest way to submit your request:
Open your profile
Sign in to yumi -voice&room and open your Profile.
Open account settings
Select Settings, then choose Account & Security.
Select Delete Account
Review the information, complete the confirmation steps, and submit the request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@yumiecho.com from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your yumi -voice&room user ID or profile name.
We may ask you to verify account ownership. Never send your password, government identification, or payment-card information unless our support team explains why a specific verification method is legally necessary.
What will be deleted
After verification and processing, we will permanently delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, including:
- profile and account details;
- social connections and account preferences;
- content tied to your account, subject to the exceptions below; and
- device and usage information no longer needed for a permitted purpose.
Your profile will no longer be available to other users. Content shared with others may remain where it has been independently retained or in de-identified form.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to:
- meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
- complete pending transactions or resolve billing disputes;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or attempts to evade a safety ban;
- protect rights, safety, and service integrity; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten in our normal backup cycle. Retained information is restricted from ordinary use and removed or de-identified when the applicable purpose ends.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits or requires more time, we will notify you. A request can be canceled only before deletion is finalized.
